After I decided to return the product before the 90 days was up, I began the return process and I found out that if you open the product and break the original seal, or use the product on your face or body, you forfeit your refund entirely. Basically, if you want a full refund, you have up to 90 days to buy the product, stare at it, don't break any seals or try the product, then return the product (minus the shipping costs) to get your full refund.
